01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Yieldelo, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC ("Yieldelo," "we," "us"). They govern your use of yieldelo.com and related services, including email and text-message programs (the "Services"). By using the Services or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, if you opt in to texts, our SMS Terms. Do not use the Services if you disagree with any of this.

02What Yieldelo is, and is not

Yieldelo is an information service. We publish general, plain-language data about everyday money topics like budgeting, saving, bills, paychecks, and bank statements, and let visitors opt in to related updates. We do not offer loans, credit, bank accounts, or investments, give personal financial advice, or match or refer people to financial companies, and we will not share your details with banks, lenders, credit or investment companies, comparison sites, lead-generation companies, or any other partners.

• Decisions about your money are yours. Reading our content does not obligate you to do anything.
• Your bank, the company you deal with, or a qualified professional you choose, not Yieldelo, is responsible for your accounts and any product terms.
• Results vary by person and situation. We do not guarantee that you will save any amount or reach any particular result.

03Eligibility

The Services are open to people who are at least 18, are based in the United States, and can legally enter a binding contract. Please submit details only about yourself, or about another person who has authorized you to share them.

04Your information and accuracy

Please keep the details you give us correct and current. Enter a mobile number only if you own it or are authorized to use it. If your number changes or is reassigned, please reply STOP from the old number or contact us so that we do not message someone else.

05Communications and text-message consent

Opting in means you agree to hear from us by email and, for the boxes you check, by automated texts as explained in the SMS Terms. Consent to texts is optional, is not a condition of purchase or of using the Services, and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. • STOP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will get one confirmation text and then no more messages.
• HELP: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 877-550-1844.

Mobile information and opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

07Acceptable use

In using the Services you agree that you will not (a) provide false, misleading, or someone else's information, (b) engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct, (c) interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, (d) use bots or automated methods to submit forms, (e) copy, scrape, or resell our content without permission, or (f) impersonate any person or entity. We may suspend or end access for violations.

08Third-party organizations and links

Organizations, programs, and products mentioned on or linked from the Services (for example government agencies, consumer groups, or banks) are run independently of us. Mentioning one is not an endorsement of any product, plan, or provider, and we are not responsible for third-party conduct, content, or results. Your relationship with any bank or financial company is between you and them.

09Intellectual property

The Services, such as the Yieldelo name, logo, text, graphics, and design, are the property of us or our licensors, protected under intellectual property laws. We license you, on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, to view and use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Each photograph on the Site is used under its free-use license.

10Disclaimers

The services and content come "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We cannot warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that a message will be delivered or delivered on time.

Yieldelo does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and makes no representation about any savings amount, financial result, or product.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yieldelo and The Nelson M Group LLC, and their members, managers, officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the services, or from any financial decision you make or do not make. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, those limitations may not apply to you. These Terms never limit liability that the law says cannot be limited.

12Indemnification

You agree to hold The Nelson M Group LLC, its affiliates, and its personnel harmless, and to indemnify them, for claims, damages, and expenses (reasonable attorneys' fees included) arising from your violation of these Terms, from misuse of the Services, or from giving a phone number or other details that you were not authorized to supply.

13Disputes, governing law, and arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before you file any claim, reach us at [email protected] and let us try to resolve it within 30 days.

Binding arbitration. Apart from small-claims matters and injunctive-relief claims over intellectual-property misuse, every dispute between you and Yieldelo or The Nelson M Group LLC arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. At your choice, the arbitration is held in your county of residence or by video or phone. An arbitrator may award the same individual relief as a court, and judgment on the award can be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. Where the law allows, you and Yieldelo each agree that claims will be brought only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative action.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with "Arbitration Opt-Out" as the subject, and tell us your name and mobile number.

Governing law. The laws of the state where The Nelson M Group LLC has its principal place of business, together with the Federal Arbitration Act, govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration clause, the state and federal courts in that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

14Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, and may opt out of messages by replying STOP. Violations of these Terms, among other things, may lead us to suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Sections which by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes) will.

15Changes

We can amend these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date; if you retain using the Services after the effective date, you accept the amended Terms. We will give legally required notice of material changes.

16General

The entire agreement between you and us on this subject consists of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the SMS Terms. Should any part be found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect, and a failure by us to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment by you requires our consent; we may assign these Terms in a merger or sale of the business.
